The TNW clubhouse is available for rent under the following guidelines:

1. TNW committees and clubs (tennis, women's, etc) may use the facility at no charge. Responsibility for cleaning will be that of the user.
2. Non-profit groups (girl scouts, brownies, etc) whose sponsor is a TNW resident may use the clubhouse at no charge provided they follow all rules including the cleaning procedures. Fees are $20 for one time use, $50 for up to 5 meetings, and $80 for weekly use for the year. These fees are to cover incidental supply costs. The group will be held responsible for damages. Violations will result in a $75 per incident fee. There will be no rentals from non profit groups in the month of December.
3. The TNW Clubhouse is available for rental by TNW residents for a $75 fee. A $100 security deposit will be required on all rentals refundable if no damage occurs.
4. Fire Code permits a maximum occupancy of 75 persons at any one time.
