A - No, Terranova is not part of the Terranova West Municipal Utility District. Terranova is a separate subdivision and has its own POA and MUD. Terranova residents can only enter the park as an accompanied guest of a Terranova West, Oaks of Terranova West, or Terravista resident.

Q - Why can't I let my dog run on the soccer field?

A - The soccer field is a playing field. Dogs running loose on the soccer field are a safety and health issue.

Q - Are the Cypresswood medians within the boundaries of Terranova West part of the park?

A - The medians are maintained as part of the park but are owned by Harris County.

A - By Texas law governing Utility District parks, the park cannot be rented out.

Q - Does the same lawn service maintaining the POA common ground maintain the park?

A - No, the park is maintained by Westco and is under contract to the Terranova West Utility District. The Terranova West POA uses another lawn service contractor.

Q - If I see a trail light out do I report it to Centerpoint Energy?

A - No, the lights within the park are maintained by the Terranova West Utility District. To report a light out, send an email to the address noted above.

Q - Are there plans to install porta potties be installed at the park?

A - There are no plans to install porta potties within the park.
