1.) The park is open for the use of all residents living within the Terranova West Municipal Utilities District (the “District”) during park operating hours. The park cannot be reserved by any one person or group; 

 

2.) Only the ball field, volleyball court, soccer field, or horseshoe pits (“Athletic Facilities”) can be reserved for a specific date and time;

 

3.) The park Facility can be reserved for non-profit activity only;

 

4.) Only residents of the District may reserve an Athletic Facility;

 

5.) Reservations must be submitted via email to  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Only residents of the District, who have valid passwords, can access and reserve Facilities online;

 

6.) Reservation requests are to include the following information;

a.) Residents name, address, and phone number

b.) Purpose for the reservation request.  If the reservation is for an organized league team practice, then the following information should be included in the request:

i.) The Non-Profit Organization and League Name   

ii.) Team name

iii.) Age group

iv.) Coach's name

v.) Specific date(s) and time(s) for the request

vi.) Estimated number of people to be using the facility

 

7.) Reservations are on a first come first served basis;

8.) Approved reservations will be posted on the Terranova West Property Owners Association website calendar at http://terranovawest.com;

9.) Resident is responsible for insuring the posted reservation is correct as requested, advising of any changes needed, and or reservation cancellations;

 

10.) To insure reasonable access to park facilities for all residents, the MUD Board reserves the right to limit the length of reservation requests;

 

11.) An organization, league, or team may utilize the services of a paid trainer but it must be a non-profit entity, and the resident requestor cannot profit from a reservation, either directly or indirectly;

 

12.) The resident making reservation must be present at all times and assumes full responsibility for supervising the event, and is responsible for any damage to facilities;

 

13.) No temporary construction of any facilities will be allowed;

 

14.) No portable toilet facilities of any kind may be brought into the park;

 

15.) No temporary lighting may be used in conjunction with the event;

 

16.) The event must occur (including set up and clean up) during park operating hours (6am cst – 10pm cst);

 

17.) The walking path must be kept clear at all time;

 

18.) All trash is to be placed in trash cans during and after the event;

 

19.) Park access must be through one of the park access code gates located on the T C Jester side of the park;

 

20.) No vehicles of any type may be brought into the park, any and all equipment must be hand carried in through the access gates;

 

21.) Park access code is not to be distributed to non-residents; resident is responsible for guest access;

 

22.) Code gates may not be propped open for random access, code gates are to be kept closed and locked during the event.
