Many people have asked how to get a flag in their yard on holidays as they have seen at many TNW residences.  The program is managed by the Klein Collins Music Department and you can purchase a subscription using the attached form.

The Board approved new fencing for the recreation area in the hopes that this will keep non-residents from entering the facilities and using the park. The installation has been completed.  There is a gate at the end of the covered walk way to the clubhouse with a lock like the water district's park area.  The code for this gate is the same gate code as the TC Jester gate.

For the past few months our major crime has been UNLOCKED VEHICLES. Please make sure you lock your cars even when they are in your drive way. IF you park your car in the street or in your drive way LOCK the doors. We have 3 car break-ins for the month of September.
